Present Perfect Tense
Subject + has / have + Past Participle 
Use 'Has' with he, she, it & singular nouns
Examples:
  • She has learnt the poem.
  • She has not learnt the poem.
  • Has she learnt the poem?
  • Has she not learnt the poem?
  • He has taken the examination.
  • He has not taken the examination.
  • Has she taken the examination?
  • Has she not taken the examination?
  • John has done nothing to me wrong.
  • Has done nothing to me wrong?
  • He has not made any mistakes.
  • He has made any mistake.
  • Has he not made any mistake?
  • What mistake has he made?
Use 'Have' with I, we, they, you & plural nouns
Examples:
  • They have learnt the lesson today.
  • They have learnt the lesson today.
  • They have not learnt the lesson today.
  • Have they learnt the lesson today?
  • I have taken the examination.
  • Children have done nothing to me wrong.
  • You have not made any mistakes.
Adverbs of time:
already, so far, just now, earlier, yet, etc. are used in the Perfect Tense.
Examples:
  • They have already paid their bills.
  • I have not yet paid the fee.
  • Have you done it just now?
  • They have watched this movie earlier.
  • He has not yet paid their bills.
