Subject + has / have + Past Participle
Use 'Has' with he, she, it & singular nouns
Examples:
- She has learnt the poem.

- He has taken the examination.
- He has not taken the examination.
- Has she taken the examination?
- Has she not taken the examination?
- John has done nothing to me wrong.

- What mistake has he made?
Use 'Have' with I, we, they, you & plural nouns
Examples:
- They have learnt the lesson today.
- They have learnt the lesson today.

- I have taken the examination.
- Children have done nothing to me wrong.
- You have not made any mistakes.
Adverbs of time:
already, so far, just now, earlier, yet, etc. are used in the Perfect Tense.
Examples:
- They have already paid their bills.
- I have not yet paid the fee.
- Have you done it just now?
- They have watched this movie earlier.
- He has not yet paid their bills.
